Refund policy

We always strive to ensure that each transaction at our website is hassle free and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/ warehouse.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.
You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting at our store within 48 hours of delivery email us on littlebitofheaven.ind@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product.
Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/ complaint as we deem fit.
Once an order has been placed by the user, our systems will be unable to cancel the order and process a refund to the client if the payment has been processed. We can cancel Cash On Delivery orders. If there is an error in the size / colour or quantity placed, please email us and we will do our best to amend your order if it has not been processed yet. Product amendments maybe of the same value or higher.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
